Brief
You send a short project description — what you need, your timeline, and any reference material. You don't need a polished brief document. A paragraph is enough to get a quote started. If we need more detail, we'll ask.

Design
We build to your spec. Work happens in stages — you see it before anything is finalised. Nothing moves to the next stage without your input. Up to 3 revision rounds are included; each round is scoped and agreed before it starts.

Review
Revisions are consolidated — not a rolling thread of individual messages. Before each revision round, we agree what's in scope. This keeps the timeline on track and protects both sides from open-ended changes.

Deliver
Production-ready files, yours outright on delivery. No licensing conditions, no "designed by" attribution required, no ongoing relationship needed to keep using what you receive.

- Source files included — you can hand them to any designer in the future
- No licensing fees, no software subscriptions required

On payment and ownership
100% upfront before work begins, for all service tiers. Payment is processed before work begins.
On delivery, everything is yours — source files, export formats, the lot. No licensing conditions, no attribution requirement.
You approve the quote before any work starts. No surprises on the final invoice. Scope changes are quoted separately before being actioned.
