Cookie Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use on digitalpixelvault.com, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.
For information about how we handle your personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, improve their efficiency, and provide information to the site operator.
2. Cookies we use
We use two categories of cookies:
Essential cookies (always active)
These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They cannot be switched off. They do not collect personal data for marketing or analytics purposes.
| Cookie name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
dpv_session | Session management — keeps your place if you navigate between pages or submit the form | Session (deleted when browser closes) |
dpv_consent | Stores your cookie-consent preference (accepted / declined / preferences set) | 12 months |
Analytics cookies (optional — requires your consent)
These cookies are only placed if you actively accept analytics cookies via the consent banner. If you decline or do not accept, these cookies are not placed.
| Cookie name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) | Distinguishes unique visitors — anonymised | 2 years |
_ga_[ID] | Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) | Session identifier for GA4 | 2 years |
About Google Analytics 4 on this site:
- We use GA4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate geographic region (country level).
- We do not use GA4 for advertising, remarketing, or user profiling.
- IP anonymisation is enabled — your full IP address is never stored by Google Analytics on our behalf.
- GA4 data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
- Google LLC may process this data outside the EEA. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and its EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification for such transfers.

3. How to manage your cookie preferences
On first visit: A cookie-consent banner appears. You can Accept all, Decline, or open Manage preferences to set your choices individually.
At any time: Click "Manage cookies" in the footer of any page to reopen the preference panel and change your choices.
Withdrawing consent: If you previously accepted analytics cookies and wish to withdraw, open Manage preferences and switch analytics off, then save. Your preference is updated immediately and GA4 will not load on subsequent page views.
Browser settings: You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
4. Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the cookie practices of those sites. Check their individual cookie policies.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
