How payment works
100% upfront before work begins, for all service tiers. Payment is processed before work begins. We don't ask for phased payments or payment on delivery — the quote is fixed and agreed up front.
Exactly what's in the quote — no more. The quote lists every deliverable, the number of revision rounds, and the timeline. If the scope changes, we quote the amendment separately before proceeding.
Bank transfer (SEPA and international) and card payment via Stripe. Payment details are confirmed in the quote.
Our refund policy is published at /refund. The short version: if you cancel before work has started, a full refund is available. Once work has begun, the policy covers what applies to each scenario.
